I have never seen this kind of hopeless managementg in my whole life. They are so rude and worthless specially the manager who thinks that this apartment complex is her own property and the tenants are intruders in it.

Note that Management Team is smart enough to write good comments abt this apt complex, they know how to create the new email ids and register good comments in bulk to have good rating.

Unfortunately, you will realize that only when you start living here and experience them one on one.

I rate the management of this complex as the WORST MANAGEMENT OF NEW JERSEY !!!

I read your review,I believe you 100%. You are telling the truth nothing but the truth. I used to live right across from your complex,Parsonage Hill Village. I believe They are the same management, and if they are not,the Parsonage Hill Village Apartment treat their tenants very bad, they are very very very very very rude,not professional, arrogant, and they don't want to fix things right. Even if you complain million time, they will tell you they fixed your requested complain, and that should be enough, even though they didn't fix it right. Flooding on the first floor from improper drainage, disgusting and dirty hallways. The air conditioning? don't even bother to tell them it is not cooling good,or not working right!!! they will make you feel stupid, by coming over and recharging the A/C unit with freon, and the next day the apartment is warm again. So many august night when we came home from work we had to go to a friends' home to sleep were the A/C is cooling properly. It was hell every summer. The management is the worse management not in New Jersey but in the World. and lot of stealing cars, and robberies. Thank God we left this Dump!!!!

i trurly agree with you especially the manager she is so rude to all the tenants . i heard it from several of friends in meadow brook . its like living in old building with lots of roaches ,mices etc hallways stinks ,very poor management dnt recommend to anybody
