Does anybody live in Hidden Valley, and is willing to give a review' I am considering to move to Hidden Valley, but know nothing about this complex. Thanks!

Its good. the managemetn is not as bad as most others, but a lot of room for improvement. The houses are clean and spacious. very comfortable

It is a good locality if you are looking for Indian community. As for the apartment, they are spacious compared to many around the area. Storage space is not that great. Maintenance has become extremely poor, especially in winters. They do not put salt during snow days, so accidents are frequent. They do not clear the snow from the parking lots. The apartments are not maintained externally - never painted in years, external cleanliness is poor, security has become a concern. There is a crisis of parking spaces - not enough in numbers - and there is no numbered parking to at least allow you to park one car near your building. Management is least bothered on it. Most of the maintenance personnel are rude with no dedication at all. You have to constantly push to get things done. Experience the most untrained persons coming to attend your maintenance calls - kind of one person knows everything in the world. The utilities provided are old and most of it needs a replacement. You may be suprised to see the antique models of appliances here that are extinct anywhere else. If you are looking for additional feedback, you must stay here to experience it yourself.

I faced a lot of problem while my stay in Hidden Valley for about a year. The apartment was infested with innumerable roaches, the maintenance was poor,and the rooms were not properly insulated for winter protection. Overall, very dissatisfied with my experience.

I have been given apts for discounts in the building 23 which is at the entrance. Is there any catch there like security issue/roaches/ etc in the apts in Building 23?
