My husband was employed by this community as a maintenance worker. On his 1st day he was re-doing a bathroom. He pulled out the vanity and said that the wall turned brown with all of the roaches. He also saw evidence of mice! We were supposed to move in 1 month after he started working. They showed us an apt that was relatively well kept. We were told all of the apts looked like that. Not so. The buildings smelled bad and had bugs and mice. There are also loads of stray cats living underneath the buildings. I'm about to have a baby and there is no way we would be able to live there with a child. On top of everything, the day after he started the management company went to court and was hit with so many fines that they had to lay off 6 people! I feel really bad for the other super that got laid off. He had only just moved in & he was told he was out of a job and he had 90 days to find a new place to live with NO INCOME. This place is run very shadily and is gross. My advice is to stay away...especially if you have children.
