overpriced now, was nice in the 80's

i had lived there for 20 years with parents since i was a kid. In early 80's Edison was not developed like today. 1/2 of this complex was all woods with deer and many forest animals.
Traffic used to be non existent. Today 2 bedroom with basement is over $1500 and it takes 20 minutes to drive up the road. House mortgage in area is hundreds of $ less.
things went downhill after Juvenile complex opened across street. Crime, and disrespectful black kids ruined the whole area. I feel sorry for all the Indian people who are now moved in. Maintenance is good. Other than that, not worth the $.
