Good for people who commute to NY for work.Thats the only good thing about this place.The people at the rental office have real attitude problems(Mina is an exception).Maintenance sucks big time and theft is pretty common.Couple of my friends even got mugged while they were taking their evening walk.You have no control over the heater and no way you can turn it off either.And the rent is real expensive too.

Here is an update.

We are moving out. The neighbourhood is really getting ugly. Some folks moved in a while back. You have no idea who actually lives there. You see 15 to 20 people walking in and out of that apartment on any given day. They move around like a heard of elephants. They smoke inside the apartment building and sometimes you see booze parties on the front steps. Loud music almost all the time. In the apartment and outside in the parking lot from their cars. Spray painting of graffiti on the cars just got started. They damage the common door entrance lock repeatedly so that their frieds could come in at anytime even without a key. This has happened thrice in the past 2 months. They play soccer in the parking lot in late night hours. Three families from this building have moved out in the past 5 months. We are the next. No use complaning to the management. They just try to dance around the problem.
