Both Edison Village and Blueberry Village are very convenient for commuter to New York City, Newark, Jersey City or Trenton and Philladelphia by New Jersey Transit (http://www.njtransit.com/); they are just a few blocks from Edison Train Station. These 830 units are rental, but if one?s living standard are higher, one should trying to rent a condo across street called Edison Hollow South, or Raspberry Ct, which has 220 units but owner own, the units are much better, but has to rent from the owner. The rent is normally $100 more than Edison Village for 1br and $150 more 2br, but the nice living space and good neighborhood really worth it. To rent a place at Edison Hollow South, one just have to check Star Ledger classified ads or call some people already there like myself 201 595-1204 (O) or email me at wjcheng@yahoo.com to see if any for rent sign showed up on the window. The community is well maintained, and no management company to deal with, just talk to the owner of the unit you rent, and life is much easier. Some units really have very nice carpet and decorations where you can not find at regular rental units. Typical 1br 1ba is $1,200 and 1br 1ba with basement is $1,350 and 2br 2ba is about $1,400.
