No maintenance at all

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
I have been living here for last 12 months. The heat is not working at least twice a month, and no proper maintenance. The A/C went off about two weeks back, We have contacted the office 5 times, Not yet maintained.

A STRONG NO for those who plan to rent apartment here
