Cons: Poor security, Indifferent Mgmt

I stayed in Blueberry Village for 2 years and moved out recently. Security is poor. Anyone can walk into the apartment buildings right to your doorstep.

Shady characters loiter the hallways and mess up the common areas like walkways and stairs. They spit on the hallways and smoke. Local and Middlesex Mgmt do not care.

My apartment was burgled when we were in town and out for a couple of hours. The police officer was surprised that it happened only once in 2 years. Apparently burglaries are common. My cars got dented and scratched many times too.

Construction is cheap and apts are insect-infested.

Maintenance is OK. They address complaints fairly quickly

Avoid if you can. There is no security whatsoever and your cars run the risf of getting dented. Mgmt will not care.
