Not enough parking
Lots of theifts in neighbourhood... like some ones house was ransacked ... some ones mail stolen ....

Bad Bad for families with Kid..Donot come here if you have kids ...you would make your and your neibour's life hell ...as the inside construction is creaky little walk would make lots of noise ....

Only good thing is its close to Train Station ... and hence priced higher ....
not worth for your money if you are going to drive to work .....

True, many residents eventually moving to Edison Hollow South (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/EdisonHollowSouth/ ) across street, either rent the condo or buy one that has no cackroaches & Incests and with renovated or upkept interior and bigger space with about the same cost or lower if they buy their own condo. That each unit has desinated parking and plenty parking in the middle (some neighbor has 4 cars!! no problem with parking, just walk around during midnight) There is security patrol round the clock in Edison Hollow South, much safer. Never heard anyone's mail stolen. If you have kids, the school bus is right at the corner of ehs 1404 and ehs 1802, try to rent or buy a unit near school bus that would help you on raining days or winter time. There are bigger public green acres that kids can play and ride bikes... and Join the EHS yahoo group of over 200 members at Edison Hollow South ... Well, even so, Edison/Blueberry Village still has NO vacant unit, all units rented till two months later ...
