i have lived in this complex for an year and have not had any pblms. after reading some reviews about this complex, i was apprehensive about moving here. but i soon realised that this is an amazing place...
it is in the heart of edison... just minutes from shops or highways...there is the edison public library within 15 mins walk from this place... a farmer's market for any vegetable emergencies...and the main thing is that the station is so close. it is commuters heaven for people who take the njtransit...
the maintenance ppl are very good.. complaints are handled on the same day, if you report in the morning, or the next day at the most... electric and water emergencies are taken care of immly...
the rents have gone up a little now... but is less compared to EHS condos nearby, which are very similar to blueberry but are owner owned and have higher rent... i agree with an earlier review on EHS about squeaky floors.. maybe some homeowners have maintained their apts well in EHS... but i feel blueberry is better than them from my house hunting experience before i moved into my current apt...
