The people in the management are so rude. The treatment given to tenants and potential tenants are ugly.
That would be the only con.

I agree totally. My fiance and I stopped into the rental office just to get their brochures. Apparently the woman at the desk was with someone else, however she was so rude...practically screaming at us "What do you want?" God, all we wanted was some brochures!! After that, we will not even THINK of renting from there!!
