Horrible Management (headstrong) and Maintenance -Do not ever move here

I just moved into Blueberry a month ago. I had very bad experience with Rental Agents, Management(payments division) also Maintenance people. They are very rude. I will give couple experiences I have faced so far. If you have any other choice do not ever think of these apartments. Just because they have lot of demand they are treating tenants like dirt.
1. After my credit check just before signing the lease and I asked rental agent whether I can see the apartment. She told showing the aprtment is not their policy and told they have long list of people waiting for those aprtments. And asked me just tell whether you want aprt or not. (Yes/No). I really shocked. They canot force like that and I know there no such studpid policies that says tenants are not allowed to see the apartment which they are going move in.
2. I had couple of problems in the aprtment when I moved in and complined to the maintenance the very next day I moved in. They took more than 2 weeks to fix them after calling so many times and sending formal complaint letters.
3.In the very first month itself they started sending late payment due statements along with fine eventhough nothing was due. So I called Middlesex management payements department. They never lift the phone. After trying so many times one headstrong guy lifted the phone. He is making fun of me because I was talking fast. He told that they received security deposit and first month rent late from the rental agent. It is not at all my fault. They not even show the keys if you do not pay security deposit and first month rent. How can they think tenant has moved in without paying security deposit. Still I have to sort out with them regarding incorrect late due fine.
Moral of the story is that they have lot demand for the aprtments and they think tenant will come at any cost. So I urge all aspiring tenants to look for other options. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
