I am former resident of edison village. The neighbour guy plays very loud spanish music even midnight and early morning and they are fully drunken guys. every weekend and weekday evenings they drink and play music. I fought with management for one year by sending complaints everymonth but no use. Finally I vacated the apartment to avoid that nonsense.
Second thing is with management, they deducted $350 for damages but no explanation. Everything is in perfect shape when I vacated the apartment. There is no CO alarm in apartment but they charges $75 for that. All apartments in US have a policy to walk through the apartment with tenenant to estimate damages. This middlesex management will not do that and later they just estimate to some amount to rob you. That's what happened to me. No explanation nothing. Be prepared to loose few hundred dollars deposit amount if ur vacating.

This apartment complex is horrible due to two things - 1. Lots of Asian ------- (from India) rent there and they do not dare to complain due to their work visa status and also they do not unite due to their own petty selfishness (as someone told me). 2. There are many 1BR apartments with the basements, which is 'suitable' for more than a dozen 'tenants' to share and they may have to play loud music out of suffocation. No wonder this complex is deterioting every year.

Main problem for this complex is due to two things. 1. Non educated spanish labour who have only two things to do apart from job is drinking and loud music and roberies . They even don't care about families with small kids living next to them. 2. wrost mangement ever seen in US.
