this place sucks dont come here, well if you dont want to go by so many reviews posted here and still adamant, come and live here and then you will certainly realize that whatever was said of this complex is true in every aspect.
DONT rent any unit in build no 4 as it has bedbugs roaches.
Facts against this complex
1. big time roaches infestation (almost 90% of the units have them)
2. big time bed bugs infestation
3. windows and patios frames are so old that they dont even close properly looks like they are never replaced after this complex was built.
4. Apartment grounds are worst kept (don't trust me then go have a walk in aprtment complex and you will see it urself.)
5. Go to laudary rooms and see with your eyes the dirt and garbage there.
6. Huge rents 1250 now and stupid management increase it every year..
7. recently, there have been incidents of mugging so if you want to have a walk in the complex in summer don't go to deserted walkways especially in dark.

the only fact which is in favor of this complex is that it is close to station but again it is not safe to come to complex in dark via shortcut route because of mugging incidents.
