I've lived here for two years and chose this place because of a friend. My friend didn't have many complaints and I don't either. The management is good but the neighbors can be horrible. The walls and floors are thin so you can hear everything. It's very much like dormitory living. As long as you have nice neighbors then living here is good but as soon as someone obnoxious moves in the place can be unbearable. Also they have a pest problem, roaches are everywhere. On the plus side, they're good with cleaning the roads and parking lot during snow. There is usually enough parking. So far I've had only one maintenance problem that they fixed right away.
