Be warned! There are roaches and bedbugs!
Roaches a person can deal with but forget about bedbugs. It's a renter's worst nightmare. Management is good and will respond promptly. Rent is pretty cheap for this area but you get what you pay for and the community it brings! Bristol and Kensington also have the same problems.

WRONG!! I currently live in Kensington apartments and have been living here for about a year. When we moved in, as I always do, I cleaned the apartment top to bottom, but it was not dirty at all! Within a month of living in my apartment, maintenance came in just to make sure everything was working and was ok. In that same month, they came in to check for any and all bugs(about every 6 months they come in for this). In my apartment and the apartments around me, there were NO I repeat NO BUGS, roaches or bed bugs! The only problem that we have in our apartment are spiders and guess what you get them everywhere, you kill them and they go away! Like I said, living here for almost a year and I love my apartment. It is very open and extremely safe, clean, and bug free! I would recomend Kensington, however, I have never been into Bristol or Menlo Park, they are run by the same company so I would think it would be the same at all. However, if you dont like the Menlo Park apartments, right down Route 1 is Kensington, so really you can just pick up and move. I work in Menlo Park Mall and I walk to work and home from work almost all the time, weather permitting and I must say, 30 minute walk to the mall. Its really a dream come true for me and my family after what we have been through the last few years!
