Pros and Cons - Pay a little more and take a better place

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Advantages:
- Less expensive
- walking distance to bus that takes you to MetroPark station
- Good management
Disadvantages:
- Roaches - Though management attends to it does exist
- Theft - Our car was broken one fine sunday morning
- Air Conditioners are too old and do not work. You may need to buy your own if you dont want to sweat
- Washer/Dryer are available for wach building and broken most of the times. Management crossed their hands mentioning that it was not their problem
