If you are looking for a decent place, at low cost with no frills this is the one. The buildings are well maintained, and the people at the front office are really helpful for once.

The buildings were built about 27 years ago, so there is no central air/ heating but heat, hot water and gas are incl in the rent. Also the heating is excellent in the apartment.
Pros:
Friendly people at the front office.
Best prices & also very good layout.
Appliances are new or in good condition.
Nice big rooms(you can get bigger rooms but not in this price range).
Maintenance responds well.
Lots of parking space.


Cons:
The floor is a little noisy but I have seen worse.
The shower head water pressure is a little low during peak hours, (esp. in the mornings).
Since it is right next to the 514 and close to the Turnpike you would think there would be lot of highway noise, but this is not true. Its actually pretty quite at most times.
