My car has been broken into 2 times in the past 6 months. Each time they stole the radio and broke the window. The association has done nothing about it i.e. more lights in parking areas. Every couple of weeks 3 or 4 cars get hit. The police also came around investigating several recent break-ins. The police stated that they believe the break ins were associated with the supers/custodial staff.
The price is good for a place with a pool but the cost of repairing a window and a radio every three months, jacks the rent up at least $150 per month!
