Room sizes are nice. Cheap paint, bug problems, not enough lighting outside to feel safe. Summer - pay alot for a pool that is only open for a few weeks & if it's cloudy its closed & the lifeguards (kids) get paid to eat & talk to each other. Winter - wait until the snow has stopped (which at times is 1-2 days)before they do a half ass plowing job which means most people can't get out of the complex. Been told by a maintenance man that I should go out & shovel - EXCUSE ME - that's what we pay rent for. AND all year 'round parking is a total nightmare. Not enough spaces. If you come home after 5pm your out of luck. Idiots fly around the complex, cars & apts get broken into, maintenance enters your apt without your permission & we have a drug dealer on the premises folks. Mgmt sits on their butts & does nothing. Joy of living here!
