I have had nothing but problems with the neighbors since I moved in 6 months ago. Rotten eggs were thrown through our screen door and covered the entire living room. I have had to call the police on our downstairs neighbors due to constant screaming, yelling, jumping and noise. The parents who live here don't care about their kids and let them run wild everywhere. Even inside the apartments they play basketball and throw each other around. There are drugs rampant in the community with people coming and going, slamming the doors at all hours. From what I was told, they used to cater towards older people and it used to be a nice place to live but now with all the "over 50" communities, they are renting to just about anyone. Lock your doors and windows and your cars if you live here. The price is right though, and it is a shame it has been allowed to get so bad. It could be a really quality place to live if the management was more selective and cared more about who lived there and what goes on there.
