Mediocre, you get what you pay for

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Cons: 2 months into my rental and i doubt ill be renewing the contract. walls are paper thin, if your neighbour smokes your clothes will stink. Parking is okay, but people are maniacs when driving here. Vermin in the attic, notified management, nothing was done. Thieves, my UPS shipment was stolen 2nd week here.
Pros: Big 1 bdr apts, new kitchens and bathrooms. balcony. and reasonable price
