If you like roaches and having your radio stolen, this is the place for you. I have lived there for two years. Parking is terrible because most often the "good spaces" are taken and you are forced to park in dimly lit areas. My car got broken into, as did several others. Many apartments in my building had a serious roach problem. Office staff are either unavailable or rude. Furthermore, the County college across the street provides serious traffic jams and clueless drivers that cause accidents. Also, residents are supposed to put down their own carpet but dont -- so you can hear every footstep of the people upstairs.
