Been here since Feb '06 and the first few months were good... happy w/ the apt. itself. My downstairs neighbors are SO annoying though -- banging and slamming things 'til about midnight. I am looking to move when my lease is up b/c of this!! so my biggest CON is that this place is NOT quiet.
PROs: cheap, convenient location (GSP, Turnpike, rt. 287, and rt. 1 are all 5 minutes away), lots of room, feels safe
CONs: NOISY NEIGHBORS, LOTS of kids running around like animals, screaming/yelling all the time (ugh), parking isn't so great if you come home after 9pm, electricity goes out somewhat frequently, I've had maintenance come into my apt. 2x when I wasn't home to fix the toilet which was apparently leaking downstairs.
definitely what you get for the cheap price.
