I have lived here for a year and a half and I am still happy.

PROS:
Units are unusually spacious with beautiful wooden floors and are always renovated when moving in. You get good value for the "low" rent (for Central NJ). I had no trouble with neighbors ever. Maintenance was always there when needed. And I think it is ridiculous to complain about the parking. There is pleanty. How lazy can you be'
CONS:
I think the mandatory swimclub membership stinks - for such a short season. Laundry rooms vary in quality and they are not in every block. The entire structure is somewhat old. The hallways are what they haven't painted since, erm, forever' And with the NJ Turnpike in sight, you do hear more traffic noise than elsewhere.

Still I would recommend it to anyone on a budget, who expects a safe, clean and trouble-free environment.
