I've lived in Millbrook Village for 3 years now and I have to say I have minimal complaints. My roomate and I rent an upstairs apartment (highly recommended) and we have no disturbances from our downstairs neighbors.

The only complaint I would lodge is against maintenance. Not in their response time (which is actually quite good) but in their quality of labor. We have continually had issues of our toilet running and air conditioner under performing, and time and again maintenance will fix these problems and then they'll resurface soon after.

Other than that, there is ample parking, it's a great location close to most of NJ's major highways, it's a safe, clean environment, and the office staff is friendly. I would recommend it highly to anyone renting their first apartment.
