Pros: I have been here for 5 years and have experienced no major problems. For 5 years and countless changes of neighbors next to and below me, my building has remained quiet with friendly neighbors. There is always plenty of parking, and I have never been (or met) a crime-victim. I always feel safe coming home here. The people who live here are polite and keep to themselves. Maintenance is available and better at some things than others. The squirrels in the attic are my biggest annoyance, but not enough to make me move. The multiple spacious closets are a big bonus.
