Very BAD..stay away

I stayed at Oak Tree for 2 months.
The apartments has many problem
maintenance is not good. My bathroom was leaking. The super came after 2 days.
there is no enough heat in the masterbedroom (for 2 bed apartments). This may be due to design flaw. There is no proper transport to go to Metropark. The management lady says that there is bus no 801. But its always late, sometimes doesn't come. Diffiecult in winter. Overall quality is poor and the rent is too high..Not recommanded
