Bad Neighborhood Even Worse Maintenance

This is a really bad area of San Jose, Handy man guys do not know how to fix anything, dishwasher absolutely sucks, water quality is really bad, a lot of loose kids, not a very quiet place, pool is more closed than open because kids just ruin everything, playground is not very safe (no grass area), apartments look very attractive from the outside but inside you will catch many mistakes.

I would say take your money, find a better area to live in.
You will be better of there. It is too far away from everything
(they don't even deliver pizza here)
