Problems started before I moved In

The management of this apartment is waste, My difficulties with this apartment started before I moved in. Once I signed the Lease Agreement and paid entire amount,
they changed the mov-in-date twice. When I questioned the management they said the Service Supervisor is unavaliable and apartment is not inspected properly.
I postopned my move-in-date for one week and tried to have a look at the apartment and they are not ready to give me keys, they want us to move in without having a look.
Just think what happens when someone is coming from other states to move-in.
The only reason I wanted to move to this aprtment is because of Washer and Dryer.
It's waste and no use to stay in Apartment, better to look for Independent homes.
If you are moving to Oak Tree Village
1.Wait for 2/3 months before move in.
2.Sign the lease for 12 months, cannot leave in between.
3.Pay huge Electricity and Gas bills due to leaks in windows & doors
4.Co-exist with Cockroaches in Kitchen.
5.Lose hefty deposit when you move out.
if you are ready for all the above Amenities then, you are most welcome to stay in
Oak Tree Village or else look for Independent homes
I made a wrong choice to move to Suck Tree Village.

I would like to move in May but as i read your situation, i change my mind. Cause i don't want to stay where Co-exist with Cockroaches in Kitchen. and i want to know one thing from you. during the 12 month we decide to move somewhere else i can get my deposit back or not???
