The complex is nothing special, but it works. The maintenance is pretty decent about getting back to you and fixing things. My hot water heater broke, the AC needed a tune-up, the toilet needed fixing (twice) and the windows leaked horribly during heavy rains which then froze up. I had 2 foot long icicles on the inside of my window. They're response - it's happening to everyone and there's nothing they can do. The smell of curry did not permeate the apartment, thank God!
I did not feel welcome by everyone, being one of the few white people there, though my neighbors were nice.
