Let me give my fair assessment to OTV management its employees and apartment complex. This is one of worst management; I ever encountered my adult life hood. Employees on payroll are for 15 years, 20 years or whole life. They simply do not give a damn to tenants I vacated my apartment on July 31, 2008. I wanted apartment inspection to be done prior to my departure. A major move was done on July 30. I cleaned the apartment by noon of Thursday, July 31, 2008 and waited for guy called Tony' (Bald headed guy gang leader of all OTV workers). I was told that he would come around 2:00 pm did not show up. Waited till 4:00 pm and a page was sent again, I went in front of workshop in front of building 5 folks were drinking beer and waiting for their paychecks. This Tony guy came around 4:30, drank his Corona beer, distributed checks his two sons are waiting inside car did not give a damn for ------- apartment inspection and fled after 15 minutes. I called emergency number guy does not understand a word of English with broken Spanish, I managed to get the message across Oh Tony a big boss is scheduled to attend a meeting at 7:30 pm will not show up I made several attempts and yet no response. At this point, I was waiting with my cleaning crew, mops, cleansers, broom, patch putty, soap and what not. At 6:00 pm, I packed up cleaning materials and left the keys on kitchen counter and left. Prior to this I made all cabinet doors open, refrigerators shut off doors open, same with stove and all closets in BR as well.
Greetings: Worst apartments. Full of cockroaches. Electricity and Gas bills are peak. Management is the worst. Most worst customer service and extremely rude people who are ready to fight always. Appliances in this complex sucks, these are refurbished and failed quality appliances from GE rejected line of assembly and yet management calls its complex as luxury complex there is no pool, no clubhouse, no outgoing mail delivery box, no laundry machines. Washer and dryers really sucks the size dictates that it is meant for single person only. Dryers never work even new furbished one if you hang cloths to dry in sun you will get violation ticket from management.
Damages deducted from Security Deposit:
$45.00 comments says Soap cap broken give me a break I never touched and wasted my electricity to turn this broken rejected appliance to clean my utensils. This is lie. I want to know the name of inspector who signed on 8-6-08. I dispute this charge.
Nail holes where are nail holes' I had patch putty waiting for this charge of $15 is under dispute.
Bathroom Clean regrout for $30.00. Give me a break a pack of lies. The whole bathroom need to redone, floor is crooked, water sips underneath of toilet seat and drips to 2nd floor.
I demand refund of $90.00 and apology from management for such a treatment to tenants paying $1,600.00 for a 2BR apartment with cockroaches and high electric and gas bills as walls have poor insulation or possibly no insulation. All windows are outdated have mold problems all winter long.
Generic Response from Management after waiting for 35 days and several phone calls:
Dear Tenant - Please be advised we are in receipt of your letter dated September 5, 2008 disputing damage charges. In reviewing this letter along with pictures and inspection report with Maintenance Supervisor, all ccharges are correct. No additional refund will be fortcoming.
Folks, wakeup - donot dare to spend your hard earned dollars into this filthy complex where tenants have no dignity and respect. More will in subsequent mails.
Thanks for expressing my sincere views and hope that management will take this matter not as offensive as it may sound would rather improve quality of life of tenants paying fortunes for rent cut back on excessive employees onsite and pass on savings to future employees. Thanks again for giving me an opportunity to express my stay and please return $90.00 security. In the past I had the opportunity to meet collection & Legal department Manager Michael W. Schneiderman who is not an attorney even though he acts as if he is.

Wow thought we were the only one we get treat like ----, i guess not, Tony the big boss?? i'll call him a big loser. doesn't know anything and treat people like they are nothing. i'll say FIRE FOR ALL OF THEM
