they take advantage as apartment is in good location close to train station easy commute to NY City, but management is worst. you will face many problems when you move out of this appartment. you try calling the middlesex management office if you want to extend, terminate the lease or for anything, they are so rude. termination clause is very bad, you will not see anywhere in US, it says till some one rents your apartment you have pay the rent 400 termination fee. and they say will help in rent your apartment after termination, but it will never happen. when you vacate the apartment, they will charge you atleast $400 for maintance. some people where charge $1000 for having a knife marks on the kichen board. I paid $600, for nothing and you can't talk with these people, they are crazy and rude. you better can deal with dogs. They give you 1 or 2 months off, but don't get excited, they will get that money back from you when you vacate, which will definite happen.
