This is by far the BEST place in Edison!
Pros..
Apartments come with Alarm systems.
2 balcony's
storage unit (On Porch)
Assigned parking
Spacious
Washer and Dryer in unit
Dishwasher
Walk in closet
2 Playgrounds
Nice Neighbors
Close to 287, Rt 1 and 27
Not too noisy
Close to shopping
Cons..
The woman in the management office is rude.
Water stains on ceilings
ANTS in the Spring and Summer
Walls are paper thin. Every Sunday morning I hear the people upstairs from me...
ceiling looks uneven in spots
Nothing but cold water included
Apartment is starting to wear i.e The corners of the walls are cracking and my bedroom window sticks.
Recycling center is located in the middle of development. I usually have to lug trashbags of bottles, newspapers, etc. in my car to get to the place.
Towards the back of the development, there are industrial buildings. It tends to get noisy at times because of the trucks that pass.
Other than that, I love it here. I would recommend anyone moving to this development
