Nice apartment; but rude people

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005
 
Apartment is okay (but old though). It has washer/dryer in the unit. Apt look is also different compared to other apartments in this area.

But that rental office lady is so rude. She acts/talks as if she is the supreme power and the tenants are all dirty people. Apartment superintendant is a nice guy. But, his assistants are all nasty to deal. They know nothing about manners and they are racists people.
