Apartments are ok. But -
1) You will be insulted by the old lady ever time you make a complaint about something not working.
2) The maintenance guys will scare you when they come up for fixing something. My washing machine was not working properly and on complaining, they came and instead of fixing it, they were asking my wife as if she had damaged it.
3) Rent is very high.
4) No blinds provided with the apt and fixing them is a big pain becoz the walls seem to crumble.
5) Too many trees - most of the ground floor people can almost forget putting up a dish antenna for satellite TV
