OLD LADY SUCKS!!!!

The old lady, who works at the leasing office, is extremely rude. I think they should get rid of her because she has no customer service skills and I get the impression that she's only there because renters are desperate. When things turn around and people in Jersey are not so desperate for housing, you'll see, I guarantee her attitude will change. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
