Rude Behaviour From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/3/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   It is impossible to talk to the manager, and if you get lucky she is rude. Such people should not be in such jobs where there is customer relation. And the floors are so old you cannot bear the noise from your neighbour. Before signing up they do mention 2nd and 3rd should be carpeted but they are least bothered to check. And they don't listen to the tenants.
