First of all, this place is very old. You will most likely have problems with your neighbors especially if they are obnoxiously rude and heavy-footed. The noise is almost unbearable.

Secondly, the staff is unresponsive. They will not help you at all to mitigate any sort of problems. If you have noise complaints, do not even think about asking them because they do not care/listen and they make up excuses.

The only thing good about this place is the location. Move here at your own risk.
