I can not believe i had to call the cops and complain to management about the noise level upstairs. THey do nothing about it. Instead they said to just live with it. I can not sleep and i cannot study because of these stupid and uneducated people that have no manners or courtesy for the downstairs. DO not move to parsonage hill. It is the worst place. Basically, you will live in hell. this is so funny, they said i am harassing upstairs when the upstairs is harassing me. Can you believe it' trust me, this is the worst place. I am getting health problems from getting lack of sleep and getting angry at the upstairs and management.

I beleive People like you should buy a house..its a good time to do that..or get used to hearing noises..I live on 2nd floor..and also hear a lot of noise from apartment upstairs...and the person below complains about the noise from my apartment (strange)..I am assuming he is not educated enough to make out that these are wood floors and there is bound to be some noise(its community living)..this person had problems with all the tenants before us..I beleive he is a racist & probably the most rude person I have come across..
