The apartment is ok, but the staffs are rude.

The apartment is next to rail road, it s noisy. They have no laundry room. The room has roaches and they have pet s control service, but bugs and roaches are never gone. The manager is not friendly when I have problems to escalate to her. The apartment is close to train station and it s convenient for the commuters. I really hope they can improve their services and treat the tenets nice.

Parsonage Hill Village Have the RUDEST management. They are very arrogant and nasty, as if they own the place. Lots of robberies and they don't fix nothing properly. Very dirty place, bugs and roaches, the hallways are always smells, and the management especially LINDA, are the worst in AMERICA. Future tenant beware!
