Horrible living if on the 1st and 2nd floor due to booming noises from all rooms upstairs. Your time in those flats is guaranteed to be miserable day and night. The noises are to a level that drives your rage out of you. The a--les who are responsible for this, will suffer differently, but will. Poor insulation is one of the causes of the noises. The building is a matchbox. Brick front and no other bricks beyond the front. Spacious rooms and good location but the greasy cheap self gloating owners took away more than they gave. They gave the tenants misery. I am out.
