Management sucks!!
Maintenance is ok
Crime - never heard of any
The complex is nice and quiet.
The apts are VERY spacious, I heard somewhere that they are the most spacious in NJ.
Rent is way too high though. I'm moving out.

If money & bad response from management is not a problem, I would recommend this place.
