Poor Management loves to take tenants to court

Very poor maintenance and follow-up.
Even after paying rent in time, they send court orders and they dismiss the court order and you still pay for the court fee!
They don't accept certified mail for monthly rents and also online bank payment and insist on the US mail based payments so they can charge the $50 late fee and $95 court fee, since you have no proof when they received your payment. They don't keep the envelope of payment as well as proof of US postal problem if any.
The good points of this place is spacious, and close to station.
Even with a high FICO score, you getting dragged to court is insane..
