I have rented this apartment. When I moved in the apartement it was infested with roaches. It took 4 months and tens of extermination visits to clear it. They have started to reappear now. I had mice problem then it took another four months to clear that out. Guess what I was out for a week there was a burglary in my apartment. I do not see any signs of break in. It looked like somebody cooly walked in and cleared the closets.
