Pros:
Big, spacious apts
OK for families; lot of families around with children so if you dont like someone running above you dont go or take the 3rd floor
Close to NJ transit, shops
Cons:
Maintenance repair is not good; took 1.5 months to replace the dishwasher.
Snow removal is horrible; the roads are not cleaned very well
Lot of robberies; mgmt is doing nothing about it. My neighbour apt had burglary.
Floors creak a lot
Parking for many bldgs is bad; cars parked on the road
Arrogant leasing office; dont give proper replies when asked about something particularly the old women who is there most of the times
Roach infested
Wooden floors are old; too many cracks which end up storing all dirt etc in it
Horrible traffic on Plainfield/Stelton all the time 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
