Rivendell management or Billing/collection department is horrible. They send me two court notices even after paying the rent on time. I called and left many messages to find out why they were sending me court notices. They never called me back! Even when I was able to get hold of someone in the billing department, he told me call their attorney to cancel the court notice. I called their attorney many times and left messages. Attorney never called me back either! ofcourse, at the end I had to pay court fee etc. Burglery is another big problem here! I would never recommend these apartments to anybody...
