Useless management and Leasing office

I was visiting Rivendell leasiing office for couple of months before renting. Leasing office staff is extremely RUDE, dumb and incompetent. They don't keep their word and even lie.
Only reason I moved here was some personal constraints. Otherwise I would have never considered this place because of management and leasing office.
Try someting better.
