I have lived there for two years, and during these time, the maintenance service has gotten progressively worse. First it took them well over a month to fix our washer because they couldn't get the part, then ordered the wrong part. All these time, the idea of getting us a replacement washing machine was simply "not doable."

Now we have a plumbing problem in bath tub, and was told it may take 3 days for maintenance to response to this!! Luckily we have two bathrooms in the townhouse. Everytime you call to complain, the service rep on the phone is always brusque and treat you like beggars, not tenants.

The price is reasonable considering it is close to the train station, but you should be able to find better rentals with decent quality and a lot less headache.

I want to give them credit when it is due.

I have noticed that the service has improved significantly in 2009. I had to contact them a couple of times in 2009, and the operator (a different person from her voice) is courteous and always follow up on the next day. The repair people show up on the same day, if not in a couple of hours after calling. I hope this trend will last.
