this area isnt the best to live. we are right next to highland park and there is a whole in the fence that people come through and destroy the neighborhood. we have meschievious children that run rampid through this neighborhood causing nothing but trouble. people do not know how to park property, or accordingly. some tennants have a parking lot behind their appartment and they refuse to park. they choose to park in the front of the apartment so that no one else can park on the street. the noise level is lound. some neighbor are inconsiderate and just flat out a******s, and obnoxious. talking loud in the middle of the street untill past a quater to 1 sometimes. litter isnt much of a problem, but the dumpester overflows sometimes and dog waste is all over the grass. on top of that you have the problem with the restidants of highland park comming and going like roaches. you cant live save around here. its a very dumpy neighborhood. you constantly have to look over your shoulder and the cops patrol almost daily. the managment has been bad in the past, but they have changed it and it seems much better, but nothing to be so happy about.
